There once was a boy whose name we'll call Jim
He always had something to do
He loved to ride bikes and play ball and eat cake,
In fact, Jim was a boy much like you.
But whenever Jim’s friends came over to play
He would not let them play with his toys
When his sister asked, "Jim, Can I please ride your Bike?"
He said "No, My bike's only for BOYS!
One day Jim was eating some cookies,
His dad asked, "Are you going to share?"
Then Jim thought, Then there won't be as many for me
So I won't and I don't even care.
That night Jimmy's mother came into his room
And she asked him what Jesus would do
If he had a chance to share with his friends
Would he share? Or say NO just like you?
Jim went to bed thinking about what she'd said
And soon he had fallen asleep
He dreamed he had four different bikes and six balls
And all of these toys he could keep.
There were cookies and candy, and all for one boy,
But then Jim began looking around.
For his brother and sister, his mom and his dad
And his friends were nowhere to be found.
He forgot all about the treats and the toys
As he looked for his friends everywhere.
Then he woke from his dream and he ran to his mom
And he said "From now on, I WILL SHARE.
Now Jim's mom is happy and so is his dad
Even Jesus is happy with him.
And so are his brother and sister and friends
But the HAPPIEST person is JIM!
